Hence, to avoid the resistance to change, management should encourage and discuss, and explain the reasons for the change. Managers should implement change successfully, monitors and assess the feeling of workers. Refreezing is the final stage and leader should reinforce, and stabilize the new culture to avoid employee to go back to the old habit (Burnes, 2005).
